Main responsibilities include supporting hardware such as PC’s and Mac desktop/laptop computers, printers, scanners, various USB devices, point-of-sale terminals running Windows 10, wireless handheld scan guns, iPads, iPhones, Android devices, CCTV camera systems, Ethernet and WIFI connectivity, desktop phones, cabling, and terminating ethernet drops. Supporting software, such as Windows 8/10/11, MacOS, Microsoft Office applications and o365, WPCRM, Termsync, and various other desktop/mobile software.
